Full complement cylindrical roller bearing

Single row full complement cylindrical roller bearings have solid outer and inner rings together with rib-guided cylindrical rollers. Since these bearings have the largest possible number of rolling elements, they have extremely high radial load carrying capacity, high rigidity and are suitable for particularly compact designs. Due to the kinematic conditions, however, they do not achieve the high speeds that are possible when using cylindrical roller bearings with cage.

Single row full complement cylindrical roller bearing contains NCF and NJG series.

NCF - Inner ring has two integral flange, outer ring has one integral flange, thus NCF can support axial load in one direction and provide shaft axial positioning in one direction. The stop ring on no flange side of outer ring makes bearing assembly fixed together. The axial internal clearance is used to allow the bearings to bear the axial displacement of the axis relative to the shaft, such as the axial displacement caused by the thermal expansion of the shaft.

NJG - Compared with other full roller bearing design, NJG-designed bearings have self-positioning roller. Therefore, the outer ring with two integral flanges and roller group can be removed from the inner ring without any measures to prevent the roller falling off, this simplifies installation and disassembly.
